Upon arrival to the airport (BIA), you will be warmly greeted by our representative, and taken to your hotel in Negombo. |

After breakfast, transfer to Kandy via Pinnawela.
Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage
The Orphanage takes care of young elephants abandoned by their mothers and displaced from their natural environment due to various reasons. At 09:15hrs the baby elephants are being bottle-fed. At 10:00hrs the entire herd is taken to the river for a bath.
After Pinnawela, you will proceed to the lovely hill capital of Sri Lanka, ‘Kandy’.
Kandy
Great kings ruled this sacred city for almost 225 years until the British took over in 1815; Kandy, a UNESCO world heritage site, was the last capital of the Sinhala kings. Kandy is known as the hill capital of Sri Lanka and hosts the annual Esela Perehera that takes place in the month of August showcasing more than 100 finely decorated elephants.
Afterwards, witness a real cultural dance show.

After breakfast, visit the Temple of the tooth relic (Dalada Maligawa).
Temple of the Tooth Relic
This temple holds the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha. For Buddhists all over the world, this is one of the most sacred places.
Leave for Nuwara Eliya.
En-route visit a TEA FACTORY. See the process of tea being manufactured and buy unblended, high grown, & high quality tea here.
Visit The Golf course, where the Golfers consider this course to be one of the finest and certainly among the most picturesque in Asia.

After breakfast, transfer to Horton Plains to do a safari.
Horton Plains National Park
Horton Plains is in the central highlands of Sri Lanka, and it is famous for ‘Worlds End’ which is at an altitude of 840m above sea level (2854ft). This is a natural UNESCO world heritage site.
Return to Nuwara Eliya. Overnight at hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

After breakfast, transfer to Ella via Bandarawela.
Bandarawela
Bandarawela is a city with a truly colonial feel and the surrounding area is admired for scenic hill country consisting of lush tea gardens.
Ella
Ella is well known for trekking & nature walks. The train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Ella is one of the most breathtaking journeys in Sri Lanka.
Visit Adisham Bungalow, which is a unique monastic castle.

After breakfast, transfer to Colombo via Kitulgala.
Kitulgala
Kitulgala is well known for white water rafting & adventure sports. It is also where the Oscar winning film “The Bridge on the River Kwai” was filmed in Kelani river.
Transfer to the airport for the departure flight.
